RETURNS DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

All sale deals starting are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place due to the substantial discounts offered and the limited inventory available.

How do I initiate a return?

What are your return guidelines?

For eligible items, we provide refunds, store credit, or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Ensure that all original packaging, including branded materials like gift boxes, pouches, tags, and earring cards, is included with your return. Pack your items with care, as we reserve the right to decline returns for items that show signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

Which items are non-returnable?

  • Veils/Gloves/Belts: Non-returnable due to the custom and handmade nature of the products.
  • Robes/Bodysuits/Slips: Non-returnable due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.
  • Sale/Sample Sale: Non-returnable as these items are deeply discounted and/or discontinued.

When can I expect my refund?

Eligible refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Domestic returns using our return shipping label will incur a $9.99 return fee. Additionally, there is a $45 restock fee for all made-to-order products. If the original packaging is absent from the return, a $10.00 repackaging fee will apply.

Can I exchange my item?

Certainly! Items eligible for return can be exchanged for a different size or color within 5 days of delivery. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and wish to alter your order, please contact us promptly and will make every effort to accommodate your request before your order is being prepared.

Can I update my delivery address?

You can change your address in 24 hours after placing on order. Shipping is scheduled as soon as possible, so change of the address may not be possible after that.
